Provide operational input for strategic plans and reviews.

Oversee staffing levels, wages, hours, and contracts.
Supervise and support managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibilities for all employees.
Handle customer issues, devising strategies to improve the customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar or related role.
Experience in the health and social care sector is advantageous.

Be part of the on-call team on a one in four-week rota.
Support the smooth running of the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Actively contribute to the growth of the business by assisting with new client enquiries.
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
1–2 years’ experience providing care.
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
