About Kosanjo Care
Supporting adults to live with independence, dignity, and confidence.
Our story
Kosanjo Care is a supported living provision for adults aged 18 and over. We support people who may find it difficult to live independently due to a range of personal circumstances, working closely with Local Authorities and other agencies to prepare individuals for fuller, more independent adult lives.
We are committed to the highest standards of care, built around a multi-disciplinary approach with each service user at the centre of everything we do — alongside the people who matter most to them.
Our Aims
Support service users to make informed choices and take control of their lives
Involve service users in every aspect of service delivery
Promote independence, personal choice, and overall wellbeing
Create an environment where every individual is valued
Who We Support
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over, of any gender, with a wide range of needs — including support for challenging behaviour, mental health conditions, autism, and other associated needs. Support is tailored to each individual through a Person-Centred Plan, developed with the service user, their family or advocate, and relevant professionals.
Our Staff
All care staff are trained through our in-house training programme, covering Good Care Practice, the Care Standards Act 2000, and supporting individuals who display challenging behaviour. Staff are encouraged to pursue vocational qualifications and ongoing professional development.
